Behavior Change to Successful Habits Series

I am so excited about our next series. It is the beginning of 2016 and for many it is time of resolutions. It is always good to look at your life, your leadership, and make a plan for improvement. Well, if you don’t want to improve you become stagnant. Leadership requires you to be at the top of your game and stagnation is not an option.

I have asked five leaders in different areas to guest author posts during this series. I know each one of these leaders and I think you are going to be so impressed with what they are going to share with you about instigating behavior change so you can begin successful habits in 2016.

Our goal is not to help with creating resolutions, but to present great leadership habits and behaviors you may want to work towards this year. As you begin 2016, you should be taking the opportunity to look at what professional development you want for you. You need to focus on what will make you a better leader. The guest authors and I are going to provide you with areas we feel are important for leaders to develop so you can be a better leader. We will cover areas in relation to developing your body, your mind, and your spirit. This whole person concept has served me well through my professional career and personal life.

I would like to give you a brief introduction to our guest authors. I will provide you more information on them in their introduction when their blog is posted. Please come back regularly this month and see what we have for you. These authors have a passion for their topic and I know you are going to grow in your leadership after you read and put into practice their suggestions

She has touched and taught me a lot about grace and forgiveness in leadership.

Pastor Brian Ramey: Pastor Brian is the senior pastor at Genesis Church OKC and an innovative church leader. I’ve experienced Pastor Brian’s dynamic way he invigorates his membership and, with creative flare, makes you want to be a part of the journey! You will really enjoy Pastor Brian’s perspective.
